DHA Acquired Rodeway Inn – Community Info Call

The Denver Housing Authority recently acquired the Rodeway Inn on Federal Blvd. Under our DHA Delivers for Denver (D3) Bond program, a partnership with the City of Denver, DHA is working to expand affordable housing options throughout Denver. Part of this program allows DHA to acquire land and partner with qualified development teams to help expand affordable housing across all districts.
