The Highlands Street Fair on June 25 along 32nd Avenue brought swarms of people to the area, with various bands performing and merchants selling their goods. This was the first time the festival was able to operate with no restrictions since the COVID-19 pandemic began. A cool and cloudy day ensured people could peruse the neighborhood without battling the heat of summer. Photos by Basha Cohen and Eric Heinz
